These pendants are made from what is called "White Metal", or "Zasta" in Hindi. White metal is an alloy  typically made up of combinations of antimony, tin, lead, cadmium, bismuth, and zinc. These bracelets are then electroplated with a pure silver coating, and then it is oxidised to give it an antique look.
