Excellent customer support. My questions were answered quickly and products excellent. Ordering and downloading eBooks was was frustration-free. In the future, I will continue to buy Krishna Consciousness books and other items from this website.
Years ago, I purchased ebooks, but they did not work on my tablet. The customer service was wonderful, and refunded my money with no hassle. Recently, I saw that this store had the set of ebooks in a format suitable to Kindle Fire, so I purchased the set, and I'm extremely satisfied.
