Title: Great customer service
After ordering online, I received emails with tracking info. Also, one book was missing from the Srimad Bhagavatam set of books I ordered, but I received it promptly when I emailed them of the missing volume. The two 8 x 10 prints I ordered arrived without damage and they were of high quality (paper and coloring).
