Question: Is it made up of tulsi Or of something else

Answer: This is 100% pure tulsi wood. \"Basic\" means not much finishing. So in the beginning basic tulsi beads are a bit roguh. But you soak them in mustard seed oil for a week or so and then chant Hare Krishna on them and after a few months of chanting they are very nice and polished and shiny.

Question: Does these beads go from small size to big size?

Answer: Basic tulsi beads are made from Tulsi branches. So it depends really on the Tulsi branches they are made from. We can not say certainly because you know, Tulsi is a natural plant and the beads are made from her branches and every Tulsi plant is different and every single bead is hand carved...

So yes, generally the beads are going from big size to a smaller size, which I find VERY helpful becuase it is easier to keep track of how many rounds you have chanted. I always stoart ffirst round on the big bead so them I aways know if later on I am chanting starting from the big bead it is an odd number round, which is helpful for me to remember how many rounds I have changed.

Anyhow yes, generally they go from bigger ot smaller, but not absolutely always.
