Question: Hare Krishna. What is the material of the dolls? Are they identical?

Answer: These dolls are made from poly-resin. They are produced in a molding process so they are identical. Of course Gaura and Nitai are different, but all the Gaua's and all the Nitai's are identical except they are available in different colors.

Question: Hare Krsna! PAMHO. Jaya Prabhupada! I was wondering, are these dolls suitable for applying tilaka and bathing like regural dieties? Can I paint and draw Their mouth, lotus feet, palms... How durable and firm is the original coulor?

Answer: No, If you want regular deity to bath and apply tilaka every day, you should get brass deities. The brass deities are perfect for that. These ones are made of polyresin, and they have a metalic finish which is quite good and strong but they are not meant for daily bathing. You can paint them, but it is not like brass. If you paint brass you can remove it, but if you paint these you will not be able to remove the paint.
